PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a signal quality in phase noise, distortion of signal waveform and the like, in a high-frequency circuit device. SOLUTION: A first semiconductor device 12 transmitting a high-frequency signal, and second semiconductor devices 13 (13a-13d) receiving a high-frequency signal are mounted on a circuit wiring board to be connected to each other through transmission lines 16 and 18 (18a-18d); a terminator 21 is connected to a stub wire 19 branched from the second semiconductor device 13 side; and the line length L1 of the stub wire 19 is set at a value to suppress a reflected wave of the high-frequency signal reflected on the second semiconductor devices 13. The resistance values of the resistors Rt1 and Rt2 of the terminator 21 are set at values to suppress phase noise. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
