The lining e.g. ceiling lining (1), has a film flat conductor (6) displaced at a side of the lining, without extended ends. The conductor is connected with a flexible flat film connection (4) that includes a set of contacts in an inner surface of a vehicle space on the side of the lining. The contacts are in electrically contact with each other and are held by magnetic contact strips. The conductor has a connection base for connecting a microphone, an electric bulb, a light control panel, a rotary switch and an emergency keypad. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling an inner lining in a vehicle.
