<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image data server capable of displaying a preferred image over the entire of a display screen based on aspect information of a client apparatus for displaying an image on the display screen. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 107a of a home server 100 acquires aspect ratio information from a monitoring device 200 via a communication control part 104 by executing an acquiring program 107d. Then, the CPU 107a specifies a displayed screen region where no image is displayed when the image is displayed on the display screen 201, based on the acquired aspect ratio, by executing a specifying program 107e, creates synthetic data yielded by synthesizing background image data corresponding to the display screen region and the image data by executing a creation program 107f, and displays the synthetic data over the display screen 201 of the monitoring device 200 by executing a transmission program 107g. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
