摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of electrooptical device capable of improving reliability by preventing a level difference part of one side of electrooptical panel from coming into contact with the level difference part of the other side of electrooptical panel when dividing at least one part of a plurality of liquid crystal panels from a structure. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of electrooptical device comprises: a fixing process of fixing a structure 400 after placing the structure such that a first division position 100X which is divided projects from a stage edge surface 91t; and a second division process of dividing a second division position 200X by applying rotary force in the direction of a substrate 100 with respect to projected area of the structure 400 which projects from the stage edge surface 91t, wherein the rotation center 92C of the rotation force is positioned so that distance R1 from the upper edge part 80 of the first division position 100X becomes shorter than distance R2 from the lower edge part 81 of the second division position 200X in an area which separates toward the side opposite to a substrate 200 from the substrate 100.
