PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device allowing a person to sit after a toilet seat reaches a predetermined temperature, without relying on only a toilet seat temperature rise visual recognition means. SOLUTION: This toilet seat device 110 includes the toilet seat 400, a heat producing body 450 heating the toilet seat 400, a toilet lid 500, a toilet seat and toilet lid opening/closing means 900, a turning detection means 942 of the toilet seat 400 and the toilet lid 500, a human body detection means 600, and a control means 90, wherein the control means starts to actuate the heat producing body 450 to raise the temperature, when the human body detection means 600 detects a human body, the toilet seat and toilet lid opening/closing means 900 opens the toilet lid 500 to a predetermined angle and fully open the toilet lid 500 after the toilet seat 400 is warmed to a predetermined temperature, so that the user can visually recognize that the toilet seat is not warmed yet, and the toilet lid 500 obstructs and prevents the user to seat thereon physically.
