The invention relates to the chemical technology, in particular to production of the catalysts for removal of carbon oxide, nitrogen oxides, hydrogen sulfide and hydrocarbons from gaseous media. A method of producing catalyst includes preparation of a charge of carrier by mixing preliminarily ground natural aluminum silicate with aluminum hydroxide as binding material, introduction as active component of the compounds of catalytically reactive metal with formation of a catalytic paste, drying and sintering thereof. As mixture of natural aluminum silicate and aluminum hydroxide an aqueous suspension thereof is used, which before introduction of active component is subject to chemical thermal treatment in the presence of alkaline reagent and carbamide during mixing, the obtained product is mixed up with a pore former of organic origin, after which during mixing salt or oxide or hydroxide of catalytically reactive metal is added, then it is dried and sintered, cooled, grinded, washed in hot water for removal of water-soluble substances, then it is additionally subject to drying and sintering. The use of invention provides for simplification of the process of producing the catalyst, which is active at ambient temperatures from -20 °C to +30 °C. |
