System for registration and compensation of privileges given to some categories of population consists of charge card; block of system initialization and personalization of card manufacturer connected to block of control of initialization and personalization of payment system and personalization block of bank-issuer card terminal connected with means of module of system of electronic payments of banks with processing block of payment system and block pf automated card system of bank-issuer; at that processing block in its turn is connected to block of social initialization, processing block of payment system, compensation block of institution compensating privileges , block for analysis of servicing institution, block for privileges prolongation and reading-writing block of institution that gives privileges status and connected to card terminal with means of modulus of system of electronic payments of banks. System additionally includes block of social initialization of card manufacturer connected to block of data base of social service that in its turn is connected to block of primary collection of data of institution that gives privileged status, at that card terminal additionally includes block for privileges identification. Charge card additionally includes additional identifiers for reserve systems of information reading, for instance bar code, and detailed personalized information on holder, for instance photograph. |
