PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of efficiently storing font data.

SOLUTION: This information processor has: a font data storage means (a nonvolatile memory 37) storing the font data of a character group extracted from a character set encodable by a prescribed encoding system; an input means (a communication control MCU (Main Control Unit) 38) receiving input of a character code encoded by the prescribed encoding system; a correspondence relation information storage means (the nonvolatile memory 37) storing correspondence relation information showing correspondence relation between the character code and the font data; a retrieval means (a display control MCU 36) retrieving the correspondence relation information from the correspondence relation information storage means based on the character code inputted from the input means; and an acquisition means (the display control MCU 36) acquiring the font data corresponding to the character code from the font data storage means based on the correspondence relation information specified by the retrieval means.
