<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable electronic money charging through Internet banking even during offline-hours of connection to a bank host. <P>SOLUTION: An Internet banking system having a balance database for acquiring and storing balance data in a bank host side balance database during online hours of connection to the bank host, and a means for receiving an electronic money charge request from an information terminal via the Internet, acquiring requested electronic money and charging the requesting information terminal with the electronic money is provided with a data processing means for acquiring and storing a balance available only for electronic money charging set in the bank host as the customer-specific balance data stored in the balance database during online-hours of connection to the bank host, and in response to an electronic money charge request from the information terminal, executing the electronic money charging procedure when the requested charge amount is within the balance available only for electronic money charging. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
