PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease wear and tear caused by expansion and contraction of a spacer accompanied by pulling-out and inserting a fork between the top board and the bottom board in a pallet for transportation which connects the top board and the bottom board by spacers each having bending plates to be bent into a V shape so as to be able to approach and separate them each other. SOLUTION: A projecting piece 18 extending approximately in parallel to the top board 11 and the bottom board 12 is continuously provided on the outside of bending of the bending plates 14 and 15 of the spacer 13, and by providing channels 18a on both sides of a root of the projecting piece 18, bending is performed at both sides of the root. Since the bending position is dispersed into two positions in comparison with the conventional case where no projecting piece 18 is provided and bending is performed at one position, wear and tear accompanied with bending of the spacer 13 is decreased to improve durability as the whole pallet.
