PURPOSE: A back-flip connector is provided to secure a contact between the terminal unit and the contact unit of a flexible substrate even when unexpected plastic deformation occurs. CONSTITUTION: When an actuator (30) is in an open position, a sheathed portion (45) of a stiffener (40) is separated from the top of a contact portion (211). Cams (32) for the stiffener lift operation portions (42) when the actuator rotates. The stiffener is rotated counterclockwise starting from a rotating shaft (411). The sheathed portion pressurizes the top of a contact unit downwards. Therefore, the contact force between the contact unit and a terminal unit of a flexible cable is maintained at a constant level regardless of plastic deformation of a connection terminal. |
