PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat reserving cylinder capable of restraining generation of wrinkles in an inner layer. SOLUTION: This heat reserving cylinder 2 is installed so as to cover an outside surface 11 of a pipe 1 for holding the temperature of the pipe 1, and has the cylindrical inner layer 21 contacting with the outside surface 11 of the pipe 1, a cylindrical outer layer 25 having a diameter larger than the inner layer 21 and a foaming resin layer 26 filled between the inner layer 21 and the outer layer 25. The inner layer 21 has a paper layer 22 and a water impermeable layer 23 laminated on the side contacting with the foaming resin layer 26 of the paper layer 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
