PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a skeleton, capable of shortening a construction period, and a form unit. SOLUTION: The form unit 10 includes: first and second fixing members 11 and 14 which are arranged in the state of facing each other across a skeleton construction location 1 and which can move in a vertical direction; a first form 15 which is provided on the surface, facing the second fixing member 14, of the first fixing member 11; a second form 16 which is provided on the surface, facing the first fixing member 11, of the second fixing member 14; and a scaffold 20 which is provided on at least either of a surface on the other side of the surface, facing the second fixing member 14, of the first fixing member 11 and a surface on the other side of the surface, facing the first fixing member 11, of the second fixing member 14. The skeleton is constructed by using the form unit 10 and repeatedly placing concrete 3 between the first and second forms 15 and 16 while sequentially moving the form unit 10 upward.
