<p>A sliding exercise device comprising of a base board on which is mounted a sliding platform movable from one end of the board to the other in a controlled fashion and a resistance mechanism to provide resistance to the movement of the platform with respect to the board. The base board is sufficiently thick to hold a sliding board and wide enough to fit a large foot. The sliding exercise device has a non-slip surface on the underside.</p> |
