A PROCESS FOR COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION OF STALKS OF GRASS-TYPE PLANTS

A process for comprehensive utilization of stalks of grass-type plants, includes (1) cooking the stalks of said plants to obtain a high-hardness pulp with a potassium permanganate value of 16-28; (2) pressing the high-hardness pulp to obtain coarse pulp and dilute black liquor; (3) separating the solids from the dilute black liquor, discarding said solids, and obtaining the filtrate of the dilute black liquor as fertilizer pre-product, or first concentrating the dilute black liquor by evaporation to obtain a dense black liquor, then separating it, discarding the solids and obtaining the filtrate of the dense black liquor as a fertilizer pre-product. The invention also addresses the fertilizer pre-product obtained by the above process, and fertilizers prepared from said black liquor optionally mixed with other components, such as lignin and humic acid, soluble macro elements fertilizer, or soluble trace elements fertilizer.
