PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel capable of suppressing an increase of electric resistance at wiring and forming a barrier rib in a favorable shape. SOLUTION: The organic EL panel is provided with an organic EL element in which an organic layer having at least a luminous layer between a first electrode 1 formed on a substrate and a second electrode 2 formed so as to cross the first electrode 1 is formed in lamination. The second electrode 2 is divided into a line shape by barrier ribs 6 formed so as to cross the first electrode. An auxiliary electrode 3 which is formed of a material with lower electric resistance than that of the first electrode 1 and of which the width is narrower at an opposing place to at least the barrier rib 6 than at the other place is formed on the first electrode 1.
