PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output only the information (useful for a driver) which the driver desires, without outputting unnecessary information. SOLUTION: In an information communication system having roadside radio equipment 100 which is installed on the road along which a vehicle drives, at a parking lot, or nearby and transmits/receives a variety of information by radio communication and in-vehicle equipment 200 mounted on a vehicle for exchanging a variety of information with the roadside radio equipment by radio communication, a control unit of the in-vehicle equipment performs control to determine whether or not content data are supplied for an information output means by a judgement criteria of whether or not the data are information the user desires when the content data are received by the roadside radio equipment with timing with which a link to the roadside radio equipment has been established.
