INDUCTION HEATING ROLLER DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating roller device which can be used for a long period by preventing the wear and damage of an insulating tape wound on the outer periphery of an induction coil conductor. SOLUTION: The induction heating roller device comprises: an induction coil holder 1 provided on the fixed side with an induction coil 5, and a roll shell 2 rotatably supported on the outer periphery thereof, wherein the induction coil is formed by an induction coil element wire 10 which is protected by multiply-winding the insulating tape on the outer periphery of the conductor 9. At least an outermost periphery portion of the insulating tape 7 single/multiply-wound thereon is an aluminum tape. The aluminum tape is preferably an aluminum twill fabric. The induction coil is preferably a direct-wound coil in which the induction coil element wire 10 is directly wound on the outer periphery of an iron core 4 while applying tensile force thereto.
