<p>The device has a wiper arm (3) with an end (31) connected to a drive head (2) by an elastic return unit (5) i.e. helical spring. The unit generates a return force to permit the arm to exert a sufficient support force on a wiper brush (4) in the direction of a convex glass surface irrespective of an angular position of the head around a sweeping axis. The unit has a parallelepiped prestressing beam made of hyper elastic material. The beam is subjected to deformations ranging within critical values, between extreme positions of the device during wiping, while generating a constant return force.</p> |
