The process for flowing a viscous explosive e.g. trinitrotoluene in a body (2) of ammunition, comprises positioning the ammunition body under a flow tank (4) and then interposing a funnel assuring a tight connection between the tank and the body, producing a gap at an edge of the flow tank and then in the ammunition body and funnel, and filling the explosive material in a liquid or pastry state in the ammunition body through an intermediate of the flow tank disposed above the ammunition body. The level of gap in the ammunition body and funnel is improved than the level of gap in the tank. An independent claim is included for a device for flowing a viscous explosive in a body of ammunition.
