<p>A shop selecting section (156) selects shops which are objects of an area division processing from the shops included in an area. A division processing section (115) calculates a statistic quantity determined by the characteristics of the shops included in areas, taking into account the vertical movements of the persons in charge. The division processing section (115) assigns each of the shops selected as the division objects to one of the areas in such a way that the differences in statistic quantity among areas may be small. Thus, the circular-traveling points can be distributed to the areas so that the persons in charge can circularly travel efficiently.</p> |
