PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique efficiently utilizing magnetic flux of a magnet used for magnetization. SOLUTION: This magnetization device 300 is provided with a magnet aggregate 10pair including a plurality of permanent magnets held in a state where the same polarities contact one another. The magnet aggregate 10pair generates the strongest magnetic field along a magnetization direction on the same polarity contact surface where the same polarities contact one another and a magnetization direction directed outward from the magnet aggregate 10pair.
