<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a priority of objects in the descending order of improvement effect by collecting and analyzing information on the time from the start to the end of the production and that for other productions by production time component. <P>SOLUTION: A production time component-based time calculation means 11 acquires production history information, operation history information and operation time zone information of a target product, and calculates, with respect to the production time of the individual product from line input to completion, the time used for each element constituting the production time except a non-operation time. A constituting element-based improvement prospect determination means 12 acquires production time constituting element-based time information, selects a past shortest time for each element constituting the production time, and determines a constituting element-based improvement prospect. An improvement object prioritizing means 13 acquires the production time constituting element-based time information and the constituting element-based improvement candidate information, calculates an improvement effect for each component by comparing the production time constituting element-based time with the component-based improvement probability, and determines an improvement object which should be preferentially improved and the order thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
