<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management system and a data management method, dispensing with a prior sorting of whether data are secret information or not, and managing bringing-out of the data. <P>SOLUTION: This data management system has: computers 11, 12 each allowing use of a USB memory 20 capable of being written with the data; and a database server 2 storing a keyword expressing the secret information as secret data.
