PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element molding device which can realize uniform heating in the circumferential direction of a molding die. SOLUTION: The optical element molding device is provided with: a pair of upper and lower dies 10, 20; and a heating unit 70 arranged around the molding die. A molding stock is arranged at a space in the molding die, and the molding die and the molding stock are heated by the heating unit, and press molding is performed. In the optical element molding device, the molding die is arranged at almost the center of the heating unit, and a rolling means 100 rolling the heating unit with the central axis P of the molding die as the central axis is provided. Since the molding die is arranged at almost the center of the heating unit, and the heating unit is rolled with the central axis of the molding die as the center, uniform heating in the circumferential direction of the molding die can be realized without depending on the shape and arrangement of heat source lamps 72.
