PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an antenna control circuit board which can eliminate adverse effect of device miniaturization on receiving performance, and an antenna unit having the board. SOLUTION: In the structure of an antenna control circuit board whereon an antenna control circuit for switching directivity in an antenna with a plurality of variable directivities is mounted, the antenna control circuit is mounted on a prescribed region of one printed board, and a plurality of flat antenna elements of a prescribed length, which constitute the antenna and are connected to the antenna control circuit respectively, are disposed radially almost around the position of the prescribed region on one of the opposite surfaces of the printed board.
