PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-versatility feeder apparatus in which not only the radius of a reciprocating oscillation is easily changed and adjusted to an arbitrary value without demounting a feeder mechanism part but it is possible to perform reciprocating linear movement and which has high versatility which can widely cope with the width and the thickness of the metal plate. SOLUTION: This apparatus is a feeder apparatus 2c for feeding a long size steel sheet P which is wound and formed into a coil shape and mounted to an uncoiler toward a punch press while delivering it by a feeder mechanism part 104, by interposing a linear/parallel moving mechanisms 126 for supporting the feeder mechanism part 104 movably linearly and in parallel in the width direction of the steel sheet P and a rotating mechanism 128 for rotatably supporting the feeder mechanism part 104 so as to oscillate the center position in the width direction of the steel sheet P in a punching position of the press between the feeder mechanism part 104 and the machine base 102 on which the feeder mechanism part is placed and, by giving a linear and parallel moving displacement and rotational displacement of an arbitrary value to the feeder mechanism part and compound them, the apparatus is worked.
