<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a conventional art: a data mismatch occurs when backed up data is returned to the original state or the like, and there is no means for eliminating the mismatch once the mismatch occurs because some data protection function works such that all data are sometimes unusable as a violation of a copyright. <P>SOLUTION: Even though data in which a mismatch occurs (copyright is violated) cannot be used as in the conventional manner, both a server side and a client side confirm and modify management information to thereby avoid a mismatch, and by providing a means for always maintaining usable data in one, it is possible to eliminate a data mismatch while protecting the copyright. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
