PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash roller which can adjust fitting accuracy by a simple structure, and at the same time adequately carries out activation of a fall preventive function and cancellation of the function. SOLUTION: The sash roller 10 is formed of a wheel support member 22, a rotary frame 20, and a main body 12. The rotary frame 20 is formed so as to support a wheel support member 22 in a location adjustable manner in the vertical direction. The rotary frame 20 has a mechanism for adjusting the fitting accuracy loaded thereon. The main body 12 is formed so as to rotatably support an edge of the rotary frame 20, opposite to the wheel support member 22.
