A transparent resin molding which is reduced in yellowing caused by thermal dispersant deterioration due to melt kneading in molding and has satisfactory visible-light-transmitting properties and an excellent heat-ray-shielding function. Also provided is a masterbatch for use in producing a transparent resin molding having a heat-ray-shielding function. The masterbatch comprises: a thermoplastic resin; fine particles of a tungsten oxide represented by the general formula WOX and/or fine particles of a composite tungsten oxide represented by the general formula MYWOZ and having a hexagonal crystal structure; and highly heat-resistant dispersant having a heat decomposition temperature of 230°C or higher.
