A hand tool with a grip that can be mounted on body parts of a user is disclosed. The grip includes an angled handle (5) and a fixing means (4) adjustably connected to a bottom portion of the handle. A user's hand can be placed between the handle and the fixing means, and the distance between the handle and fixing means can be adjusted to firmly engage the grip onto the user's hand. A tool can be fastened to the end of the angled handle.
