PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based heat-resistant resin composition for electric appliances or kitchenware, forming a coating film excellent in close adhesion to an unground aluminum substrate even after high temperature firing, to provide a coating comprising the water-based heat-resistant resin composition as a component of the coating film, and to provide electric appliances or kitchenware using the coating film made by curing this coating or using this coating.
