PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twist seal opening type packaging box capable of being easily opened by only twisting and easily being opened even by a weak force. SOLUTION: This box is comprised of a box-forming piece 12 integrally punched out of a blank sheet, and the box-forming piece 12 has side surfaces 14, 16, 18 and 20 cooperatively connected in parallel to one another and a glue applicator piece 22 for use in gluing the side surfaces 14, 20. The side surfaces 14, 16, 18 and 20 and the gluing overlap piece 22 have perforations 32, 34, 46 and 62 formed around along their cooperative directions. The perforations 32, 34, 46 and 62 are divided at the side surfaces 14, 16, 18 and 20. When the cooperative directions of the side surfaces 14, 16, 18 and 20 are set substantially in parallel in the assembled state of the box-forming piece 12, each of the perforations 32, 34, 46 and 62 is inclined slightly to face up in a rightward direction.
