<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter with a layered photospacer, which is a color filter having stripe color pixels 22 formed by use of slit exposure and having a structure comprising at least a single layer of a stripe multilayer. <P>SOLUTION: The layered photospacer is formed on a black matrix 21, and includes a layered structure of at least one single layer of stripe multilayer portion, or at least one single layer of stripe multilayer portion and a single layer of dot-like multilayer, or two layers of stripe multilayers and a dot multilayer part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
