<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduit connecting device, a conduit and a conduit connecting method using these, capable of connecting a first conduit and a second conduit by easy connection work. <P>SOLUTION: A spigot 7 of the first conduit 5 has an end pipe 12 forming a large diameter part 12a on an outer peripheral surface, a joining member 13 forming a falling-off preventive piece 21 projected in the inserting direction into the end pipe 12, and a separation preventive member 14 engaged with the large diameter part 12a and preventing the separation of the joining member 13. A socket 8 of the second conduit 6 has a socket part 26 for inserting the spigot 7 and a joining part 27 arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the socket part 26. The spigot 7 is inserted into the socket 8 in a state of overlapping the falling-off preventive piece 21 with the separation preventive member 14 by making the separation preventive member 14 engaged with the large diameter part 12a by inserting the joining member 13 inside from the large diameter part 12a to the end pipe 12 by turning the falling-off preventive piece 21 outward.
