PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazing filler metal sheet production device by powder production whose scale is made small, and which performs heating treatment with high energy efficiency. SOLUTION: The production device D for a brazing filler metal sheet 1 comprises: rolling rollers 4A, 4B sticking brazing filler metal powder 2 to at least either side of a metal sheet 21; and a heating part 6 sintering or melting the powder by heating, and the heating part 6 has a laser irradiation apparatus 10 irradiating the brazing filler metal powder 2 stuck to the metal sheet 21 with laser light L.
