摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of a load conversion layer, and to prevent an electric wire for applying a bias voltage to the load conversion layer from being a hindrance until a manufacturing final process of a radiation detector. SOLUTION: An extension electrode part 431 is electrically connected to a high-voltage wire 432 in a domain having no photoconductive layer on a glass substrate 408, and a bias voltage is applied from the extension electrode part 431 to a photoconductive layer 404 through a bias electrode 401. Hereby, a pressure applied to the photoconductive layer 404 is reduced, and deterioration of the photoconductive layer 404 can be suppressed. Since connection between the high-voltage wire 432 and the extension electrode part 431 is performed by a pin 456 and a plug 446, the high-voltage wire 432 and the extension electrode part 431 can be connected together in the manufacturing final process of the radiation detector 400, and the high-voltage wire 432 for applying the bias voltage to the photoconductive layer 404 is prevented from being a hindrance until the manufacturing final process of the radiation detector 400.
