PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which, when a mixed solution containing two solutions with different specific gravities is separated using a centrifugal separation process and then a vessel is tilted and the solution is transferred to another vessel, the separation can be performed in such a manner that the heavy solution is not mixed into the light solution. SOLUTION: With centrifugal force working by revolving a vessel 1 for separation and a mixed solution stored into a substrate 2 in the vessel 1 for separation, the mixed solution is separated into a solution L1 with a light specific gravity and a solution H1 with a heavy specific gravity, and a part in the substrate 2 of the vessel 1 for separation is partitioned by partition plates 3, and thus, any region is extracted from the mixed solution. In such a case, the regions other than the above region are dammed with the partition plates 3, and any region can be obtained as silver paste with uniform specific gravity or density.
