A damper device for preventing the torque variation of the noise is provided to control the torque variation of the noise generated by the mixed gas if the gas is mixed in the viscous fluid. A damper device comprises: a main body; and an output(2) having a rotator part(20) assembled within the main body. The resistance of the viscous fluid sealed up within the main body is applied at the rotation or the relatively rotation of output. A rectifier(3) of the gas mixed in the viscous fluid is formed in the rotator part of output. One side of a spot facing the rotational direction(y) of the rotator part in the rectifier becomes a pressure generation place(3a) generating the negative pressure in the forward rotation of the rotator part. The other side of the spot facing the rotational direction of the rotator part in the rectifier becomes the pressure generation place generating the negative pressure in the counter-rotating of the rotator part.
