The microcomputer(1) outputs control signals necessary for the process of each part. The power source(2) rectifies and levels the secondary current stepped down by the transformer(T) and delivers it to microcomputer(1) and also to other necessary circuits, then the automatic off control part(8) drives the automatic off switch(9) following the control of the microcomputer(1). The interrupt signal generating device includes AC voltage coming through the triac in the automatic off control(8), a resistor(R4) to step down the 220V AC to provide 60Hz spherical wave to the microcomputer(1), a diode(D6) to half-wave rectify the AC current, an interrupt part(3) and a load drive part(5).
