A culture system for fertilized egg or ovum using micro-fluid mechanics is provided to improve culture of fertilized egg and ovum, thereby being used for artificial insemination and external fertilization for infertility couples. A culture system for fertilized egg or ovum comprises: an inlet(1) for fertilized egg or ovum; an ovum movement micro-fluidic channel(10), linked with the inlet, in which ovum can move; a plurality of ovum compression micro-fluidic channels(20) formed by reducing diameter of the ovum movement micro-fluidic channel; and an outlet(60) for fertilized egg or ovum connected to the ovum movement micro-fluidic channel.
