Teeth 8b on the collar are released from engagement with a spring detent 10a by finger pressure on a latch 12 so that the collar can be adjusted on a screw-threaded part 2 of the casing, the head 5 being screwed down to rest on the collar. In modifications, the teeth are replaced by bores or projections and the head and collar are coupled together for simultaneous adjustment. |
