An ecological protective fence is provided to improve the reliability by prevent animals from jumping over or going through. An ecological protective fence comprises a partition member(2) which partitions off the ecologically protected area and the ecology unprotected area, a support member(4) which is combined with the partition member and is installed at the surface and supports the partition member, and one or more insulating members(20) which protrude from the partition member towards the ecologically protected area.
