A gold net bonding structure of a pulp molding machine is provided to separate and combine the gold net used for various kinds of pulp molding conveniently. A gold net bonding structure of a pulp molding machine includes the followings: the pulp molding machine; a pallet(20) of which center part includes an opening and installed on one side of the machine; a gold net frame(30) combined by a combining unit and settled on the pallet; a gold net(40) settled on the gold net frame; a gold net clamp(50) fixing the gold net with a fixing unit(51). The clamp includes a clamp bolt in which a screw part is formed according to an outer circumference and a clamp piece(32) of an elliptic shape with fixed thickness.
