The writing and/or painting end includes elastic flexible rods (7) which are partially movable in spatial directions. The rods are movable and/or pivotable along spatial axes. The rods include an elastic casing i.e. cylinder casing, or a tubular body i.e. polygonal tube. The rods are made of metal and/or plastic.
