An integrated controlling system for POS terminals and a method thereof are provided to update all settings necessary for operating a POS terminal in real time and update a program without visit of an after-sales service staff when it is necessary that a management program is updated. A control server(300) comprises the following units. An update information provider(302) provides setting information used in at least one POS terminal(110,120,1N0) and update information of a program to at least one POS terminal. When a request of the POS terminal exists, an update unit(304) updates setting information and a program used in the POS terminal. A state manager collects, analyzes and modifies states of the POS terminal. An integrated database(400) stores all information stored in at least POS terminal. |
