A direct fire blocking plate assembly for a charcoal roaster is provided to heat the roasting plate uniformly by arranging blocking plate between the charcoal tub and the roasting plate. A direct fire blocking plate assembly for a charcoal roaster comprises a first blocking plate(12) of metal material, a support shaft, a second blocking plate(16) of metal material, and support rods(18) supporting the first blocking plate and the second blocking plate. The first blocking plate is positioned on the top of a charcoal tub under a roasting plate(100). The support shaft is positioned in the center of the first blocking plate. The second blocking plate is positioned above the first blocking plate. |
