The present invention relates generally to a liquid sprinkling device that projects numerous thin jets of liquid thereby leading to a uniform irrigation across a circular area centered at the sprinkler. The invention also features a design that prevents clogging of the sprinkler whe n not in use. The liquid sprinkling device disclosed herein consists of a housing, which makes an internal chamber with a fitting, a fit ring, a union nut, a damping grid and an aperture diaphragm that is preferentially made of rubber or a rubber-like material. A damping grid and an aperture diaphragm constitute the outlet of the chamber. The damping grid consists of a disk wi th through holes. The aperture diaphragm is regarded as a rubber disk perforated by the numerous through punctures.
