A contents management system using a POS terminal and a method thereof are provided to transmit various types of media to a screen display device and sound device which are installed in a shop having the POS terminal based on the current sale state of the POS terminal. A contents delivery management server(100) comprises the followings. An application server(110) maintains the communication state with a local process server(310) which manages a POS terminal, and performs all processes related to an electronic bulletin board. A file server(120) stores a media file and transmits update data. A database server(140) stores the present sale status of a client and codes of the client and products, and additionally stores data. A contents management server(130) performs the maintenance and repair of data. A streaming server(150) transmits streaming data. |
