A cosmetic composition containing Thujopsis dolobrata oil having strong antibacterial activity against acne-causing bacteria such as Propionibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus epidermidis is provided to treat and prevent acne skin without side effects. A cosmetic composition for acne skins comprises 0.1-20wt% of Thujopsis dolobrata oil on a total weight basis of the cosmetic composition. The Thujopsis dolobrata oil inhibits growth of Propionibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus epidermidis by being used as an anti-microbial agent. The cosmetic composition containing Thujopsis dolobrata oil has a formulation selected from the group consisting of flexible toner, astringent toner, lotion, moisturizing cream, massage cream, essence, pack, skin adhesive patch, skin adhesive gel, powder and soap.
